CMC Report – 18 June 2009
After a successful Stone Setting Ceremony and celebratory dinner on Saturday 6th June, the level 2 slab was poured on Wednesday 10 June. Work is progressing as planned and the next floor slab will be poured next Tuesday 23rd. Levels 4 and 5 are due for pouring on the 7th and 21st July respectively whilst the final floor, level 6, is due on 4th August.
The curtain wall is scheduled for commencement in mid August subject to receiving glass shipments, whilst 95% of all trades have now been let. Many of the photos now will be similar but we will show the increase in heights as we rise above each new level.
News from our tenancy/letting agent continues to be positive with a number of potential tenants proceeding through their own selection process. We are confident that as the base building fitout proceeds, a signed tenant will incorporate their preferred fitout with the base. We will inform everyone as the tenancy negotiations proceed to a successful conclusion.
