The Leadership seminar is designed for Wardens. Other brethren who are seeking election as Worshipful Master in the near future will find this one-day course invaluable.  Prospective lodge leaders will learn how to use collaborative decision-making processes, teamwork and strategic planning to bring about improvements. They will acquire the tools to analyze critically the current practices of their lodges, and thus be better equipped to demonstrate positive leadership in the accreditation process.

The course has three main focus areas

1. A broad review of different styles of leadership and the skills needed to be a leader, not just in Freemasonry but also in any group or organization. An understanding of the importance of teamwork in setting and achieving goals;
2. An understanding of the importance of teamwork in setting and achieving goals;
3. Some ideas for goal setting and ways of planning and monitoring strategies for achieving the goals.
