CDMA undertakes a number of fund raising, charitable and administrative activities—the recurrent ones being to:

produce the annual printed Masonic Diary, covering all masonic orders in the region

produce the monthly Masonic Worksheet of Craft and Chapter activities

roster Canberra's lodges to provide a weekly garden maintenance service to the Pearce Masonic Village; and to provide, cook and serve food to Canberra's needy every Sunday evening at the Griffin Centre, an ACT Government community facility

organise the Grand Master's Christmas Appeal for Canberra and Queanbeyan, in recent years in conjunction with Barnardos ACT

organise the Association's annual ANZAC tribute, which was hosted this year by the Yass Lodge of Concord 27

organise and run fund raising sausage sizzles through the generous facilities provided by the Bunnings stores in Canberra

organise and run fund raising dances such as the popular 'Swing Back 2 Swing Bash'
-
liaise with masoniCare to obtain interACTION grants in aid of local charities.
